At the Character Select screen, highlight the 
Zangief character. Then press Left, Left, Down, 
Down, Right, Right, Down, Down, Left, Left, Up, 
Right, Up, Up, Right, Right. If done correctly, 
Roll will appear to the right of Mega Man.
