At the Character Select screen, highlight the 
Chun-Li character. Then press Right, Down, Down, 
Down, Down, Left, Up, Up, Up, Up, Right, Right, 
Down, Down, Left, Left, Down, Down, Righ, Right, 
Up, Up, Up, Up, Left, Left, Up. 
If done correctly, Red Venom will appear above 
Chun-Li.
