At Expert Or Champion mode,you will find a time race called "The Millionaire Challenge" 
It's worth 1,000,000. Keep doing that race,and you will be rich in no time.I suggest 
using a MV Augusta F4 Tamburini (45,000) with stage 3 tuning (possibly 20,000)
