On Disc 2, form the Main Menu, press DOWN, then press LEFT on your remote. 
This will highlight Batman's reflection in the water. Press ENTER to select 
his reflection and reveal a "Wayne Enterprises Applied Sciences Division 
Testing Labs" clip where they test out the new Batmobile via stunt 
rehearsals in the film.
