On Disc 1, access the 'Special Features' option and select 'Commentaries'. 
Highlight the 'Mark Bowden / Ken Nolan Commentary' option and press LEFT. 
One window of the tower will turn yellow. Select it to reveal Ken Nolan's 
DVD commentary guide of do's and dont's!
