From the Main Menu, access the 'Bonus Features' option. Highlight the 
'Deleted Scenes' opton and press RIGHT to highlight the 'A Struggle 
At The Devils Throat' option. Now, press UP. You should have revealed 
a "red line" above the 'Deleted Scenes' option. Select it to take a 
look inside the children's book.
