Insert Disc 2. Select the "Play All" option at the main menu. 
Advance through all music videos until the end. When the main 
menu appears again, select "Play All" again. Advance through 
all the music videos and return to normal speed at the end of 
"Thursday's Child". The live version of "Survive" will follow.
