Insert the second disc of the set and on the [Main Menu] highlight the 
menu entry [Inside The Mind Of Michel Gondry] and then press the [Up] 
arrow key on your remote control. This will highlight a pattern at the 
bottom of the screen. If you press [Enter] now you will get to see a short 
animated clip created by Joel Barish, Jim Carrey's character in the movie.
