Here is a complete list of keyboard shortcuts and chat commands. You'll need a 
PS3 Keypad, USB keyboard to enter these commands easily on the PlayStation 3.

In the chat window, enter these commands to make communication easier. Identical 
commands are separated by commas. Some commands require a space then a name of 
another player. Quotation marks are included where necessary.

/say, /s                - Speak to someone nearby 
/group, /party, /g, /p  - Speak to group members 
/tell "name", /t "name" - Speak privately to person 
/reply, /r              - Speak privately to person that just sent you a private 
                          message.
/shout                  - Shout to everyone a region
/invite name            - Invite a person to join your group 
/leave                  - Leave current group 
/kick name              - If you are a leader, use this to kick a person from 
                          your group.
/promote name           - If you are a leader, promote a person to group leader
/friend name            - Add a player to friends list 
/league, /l             - Speak to members of your league 
/versus                 - Speak to the opposing forces 
                          (must be toggled in social menu first) 
/bug                    - Submit a bug report 
/pvp                    - Flag yourself for PvP on a PvE server 
/                       - Open last menu you viewed 
/dance                  - Dance 
/logout                 - Log out
