Use a text editor to edit the "job_manager.sii" or "controls.def" file in the folder:
"\my documents\18 WoS Extreme Trucker 2\" . 

Change the values of the following lines:

find: unlock_status: 0 and change to unlock_status: 3

Do this for 2 times, if you need to unlock both other maps there you go, all maps 
in the game are available to play.
