Save a game using these names:

SPEEDY      Enable bonus track
MUZFRANK    Change the in-game voices
ASHCAKES    Lava mode

Note: After saving as SPEEDY, start a Quick 
Race and then abandon it. The bonus track 
should now appear on the track list.
