Ok using the buydebug you can plant the rare and special seeds with no gardening skill 
you need to testingcheatsenabled on/off then buydebug then go search for the [?] mark 
at the second icon in the buy mode then go click the plant section and you can see all 
kinds such as: death flower bush/money tree/omni plant/life fruit etc and for the fog 
emmiter go click the last icon in buydebug then search for the Fog Emmiter then press 
ctrl+shift+left click it will show something then click set visual effect and remove 
all that it says there then put ep2meteorshower for a meteor shower (it doesent cause 
fire or deaths)
