When you get to the villa and are able to give the town upgrades, then you should put 
any spare money into these upgrades, leaving some for repairs, buying weapons and armor 
e.t.c. Leave your money chest to aquire more gold, and go do something else e.g. main 
quest, assassination contract whatever, whatever and every 20 minutes your gold should 
go up, at which point you are able to go back to the villa and get it. Just don't forget 
to pick it up after the fourth time to go up or else it'll be lost forever.
