Go into the bank. 
Take out a loan for any amount you want. 
Then take out another loan for the same amount. 
Pay back the first loan.
Now here's where it gets interesting: 
If you take out another loan (say $250,000) it does 
not make a new loan #1 or #3, it makes a new #2 loan!
Do it again and you just keep getting more money!
