Use the following trick to keep your Suspicious rating down, while
increasing your Accuracy rating. Press [Enter] on "Investigate". 
If the ''A police patrol passes by'' message appears, quickly press
[Enter] again to stop investigating, then press [Enter] again to 
resume.
