To get the horses going again: 

1. Escape the monestary with Hans Voralberg. 
2. Receive the heart from Hans 
   (it's basically just a metal wooden wheel) 
3. Go to Cirkos's bar. 
4. Insert the metal heart into the stage conrol panel. 
5. Rotate it until the picture of a horse is under the fourth 
   (and final) circle. 
6. Connect the pipes by clicking on a hole in the wheel. 
7. Order them like this (holes are from left to right) 


Top   - left pipe ( second horse ) - third hole
Top   - right ( third horse ) - first hole
Lower - right (fourth horse ) - third hole 
Lower - left hole ( first "1st" horse ) - second 2nd hole
