Ok, Run to the church (not inside it though!)...there should be a house with half of 
its roof missing go up the stairs, goto a viewable place that u can see the church, 
jump on the ledge ( no window bit) and jump on the corner, then press O to duck and 
walk up it then when you suddenly stop press X and you should start to fly! 
Make sure its the right building!
