While in the prison yard, allow your character to remain idle for a short amount 
of time. He should walk over to a location and start curling a pair of 
dumbbells. He will continue to do so until you move him again.
Defeating Akuji 
To kill Akuji in the teahouse, use L2 to counter his attacks. It does damage and 
knocks him down. When he is down, stab him twice quickly before he gets up. 
Repeat this until he has been killed.
