Get air as much as you can by going back and forth on the vert and ollieing. 
Then, hold R2 until you get to the tranny of the window side of the vert. 
Release the button when the tranny ends, and you will be going up the wall.
"Who Lives here?" challenge 
There is a kicker that you need to move to land on. It is to the left of where 
you are supposed to land.
