Save up all of your mojo until you have atleast 50 mojos, or go buy 
some mojos. Then post an order, or make some of your best crops. 
Then use the mojo to get the job done faster. You should have more
gold that ever. Also, when you use mojo, you upgrade, and when you 
upgrade, you get more mojo. It is a cycle.
