First you go to you fish game and make the time normal... Then you make 
all of your fish pregnant and then feed them cuz they might die of 
starvation and then you go and change the time two or three hours ahead
and then your fish will have had babies and grown. But make sure you 
feed them cuz they will die. then change your time back when you are done.
