Find some houses you can destroy immediately after a checkpoint. The UAV checkpoint
in Mission 7: "Heavy Metal" is recommended. Another place you can try is the supply 
drop checkpoint in Mission 5: "Crack The Sky". Destroy the houses, then pause the 
game, and select "Restart Mission From Last Checkpoint". Repeat this process until
you get the "Demolish Part 2" achievement.
