Use the following trick to Defeat Sean, the coat leader. Get a guitar, then
go to the theaters. Go to theater 2 and get the big metal shelf. Then, go to
theater 4. Hit the coat leader with the big metal shelf until it breaks. 
Then, take out your guitar and hit him three or four times.
