Wait around for a few seconds when you pick up 
ammo or health. After a few seconds some come back. 
If it is ammo it will change until all of your 
weapons are full. Health will alternate between 10 
and 2 until your health is 100. This works really 
well when you are trying to get pieces of the Nuke.
